- Mix ricotta cheese, half the grated Parmesan, and seasonings in a medium bowl.
- Layer meat sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella in the baking dish, finishing with meat sauce and cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes.
