  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff mini marshmallows work but fluff is preferable

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Place over low heat, stirring constantly for about 5-7 minutes until melted into a smooth mixture.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until well blended.
  3. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, pour the chocolate mixture into it, and spread it evenly.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff over the chocolate mixture and gently swirl with a knife.
  5. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy!
