Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the springform pan.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, lime juice, and salt; refrigerate.
  3. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until browned; add taco seasoning and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. Layer tortilla chips in the springform pan, then add half the ground beef, veggies, and cheese; repeat layers finishing with crushed chips.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven, cool for a few minutes, and release from the springform pan.
  7. Drizzle with lime sour cream, add avocado slices, and sprinkle with cilantro.
  8. Serve and enjoy with guacamole or salsa.
