Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. Melt ⅓ cup of butter in a bowl. Combine melted butter with lukewarm milk, sugar, and salt, stirring well.
  2. Gradually add flour and yeast, blending until a shaggy dough forms. Incorporate eggs and knead for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 60-90 minutes, until doubled in size.
Filling Preparation
  1. Cream the remaining butter with dark brown sugar and cinnamon with a mixer until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
Rolling and Filling
  1. Roll dough into a large rectangle (½ inch thick) on a floured surface. Spread filling evenly over the dough.
  2. Scatter pecans and chopped peaches, then roll tightly from one edge and cut into 12 equal slices.
Second Rise
  1. Grease a baking pan and place cut rolls inside. Cover and let rise for another 60-90 minutes.
Baking
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and edges are crisp.
Glaze Preparation
  1. Whisk powdered sugar and heavy cream until smooth. Adjust consistency with more cream as needed, add bourbon or vanilla if desired.
