- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain the sauerkraut thoroughly and mix it with Russian dressing.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping the tops connected.
- Layer Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut mixture, and another layer of Swiss cheese on the bottom halves.
- Cap the sliders with the tops of the rolls.
- Melt butter and mix with onion soup mix and poppy seeds. Brush over the tops.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
