  • 1 pound Corned Beef Rich, savory flavor
  • 8 slices Swiss Cheese Creamy and mild
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut Drain thoroughly
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Russian Dressing Or Thousand Island dressing if preferred
For the Top
  • 1/2 cup Butter Use unsalted for better salt control
  • 1 packet Onion Soup Mix Adds extra depth
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds Optional

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Reuben Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drain the sauerkraut thoroughly and mix it with Russian dressing.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping the tops connected.
  4. Layer Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut mixture, and another layer of Swiss cheese on the bottom halves.
  5. Cap the sliders with the tops of the rolls.
  6. Melt butter and mix with onion soup mix and poppy seeds. Brush over the tops.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
