- Preheat your oven to 250°F (130°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the mini pretzel twists on the parchment to form shamrock shapes.
- Place a Rolo candy at the center of each shamrock shape.
- Bake for 2 minutes until the Rolo begins to soften.
- Press a green candy-coated chocolate button onto each softened Rolo immediately.
- Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
- Carefully peel the pops from the parchment paper and serve.
