  • ½ cup Milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese reduced-fat can be used
For Serving
  • 1 bag Fritos Corn Chips or lettuce for a low-carb option

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Cook for 5–7 minutes until browned, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning mix and Ro-Tel. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to let flavors meld.
  3. In the slow cooker, combine cheddar cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Stir until smooth.
  4. Add the seasoned beef mixture and shredded cheddar cheese. Gently stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours until bubbly and heated through.
  6. Scoop over Fritos corn chips in bowls, adding toppings as desired.
