- In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet chilli sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk together until fully mixed.
- Place the salmon fillets in the bowl with the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Arrange the marinated salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove the Sweet Chilli Salmon from the oven and transfer the fillets to serving plates. Optional: serve with jasmine rice or cucumber salad.
