  2. Place the salmon fillets in the bowl with the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange the marinated salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the Sweet Chilli Salmon from the oven and transfer the fillets to serving plates. Optional: serve with jasmine rice or cucumber salad.
