Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Heat oil in a skillet, sauté marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until caramelized and reaches 165°F internal temperature.
  4. Add noodles to the skillet, pour in peanut sauce to taste, stir over low heat until combined.
  5. Slice cucumber, toss with lime juice, salt, and fresh herbs in a bowl.
