Preparation
  1. In a food processor, add the room temperature goat cheese, cream cheese, and olive oil. Pulse for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Next, add the fresh chives, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and minced garlic. Process for another 30-45 seconds, scraping the sides as needed.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, blending for another 10-15 seconds.
  4. Transfer the dip to an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. Before serving, let the dip sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
