- In a large mixing bowl, combine high-protein flour, water, yeast, and salt to form a dough. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth, then cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Once the dough has risen, gently punch it down to release air, then transfer it to a floured surface. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a thin layer approximately 1/4 inch thick.
- While rolling out the dough, preheat your oven to a high temperature of 475°F (245°C). Place a baking pan or pizza stone in the oven to heat up as well.
- Carefully transfer the rolled dough to a floured baking sheet or directly onto a preheated pizza stone. Spread a generous layer of marinara sauce over the surface, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Add a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese and arrange your choice of toppings, such as fennel Italian sausage, pepperoni, and mushrooms.
- Slide the assembled pizza onto the hot baking pan in the oven. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the crust turns golden brown and crispy.
- Once baked, carefully remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Use a pizza cutter to slice the pizza into squares.

Notes
For best results, preheat thoroughly, don’t overload toppings, and use fresh ingredients.
