  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic can use garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop bell peppers, carrots, and green onions into bite-sized pieces. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Cook Chicken
  1. Heat skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of vegetable oil. Add chicken and sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate.
Stir-Fry Vegetables
  1. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, then toss in bell peppers, carrots, and green onions. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
Combine
  1. Return chicken to the skillet with vegetables. Add lo mein noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Toss to coat, stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve
