Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your favorite 8-inch brownie recipe.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 6 tablespoons of softened peanut butter and 6 tablespoons of softened butter. Blend until smooth.
- Gradually add in 1½ cups of powdered sugar, mixing until thick and spreadable.
- Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the cooled brownies.
- To make ganache, combine 3 ounces of chocolate chips with ½ teaspoon of oil in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until melted.
- Pour ganache over the filling, spreading it gently.
- Refrigerate brownies for about 30 minutes until chocolate is set. Slice into squares and serve.
