  • 6 tbsp Butter Use vegan butter if necessary.
  • 1.5 tsp Milk Any milk of your choice.
For the Peanut Butter Filling
  • 6 tbsp Peanut Butter Can substitute with almond or cashew butter.
  • 1.5 cups Powdered Sugar Powdered erythritol as a sugar-free option.
Optional Ganache Topping
  • 3 oz Chocolate Chips Use dairy-free for a vegan version.
  • 0.5 tsp Oil Coconut or vegetable oil are good choices.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your favorite 8-inch brownie recipe.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 6 tablespoons of softened peanut butter and 6 tablespoons of softened butter. Blend until smooth.
  3. Gradually add in 1½ cups of powdered sugar, mixing until thick and spreadable.
  4. Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the cooled brownies.
  5. To make ganache, combine 3 ounces of chocolate chips with ½ teaspoon of oil in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until melted.
  6. Pour ganache over the filling, spreading it gently.
  7. Refrigerate brownies for about 30 minutes until chocolate is set. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes
