  3. Fill a steamer pot with water and bring it to a gentle boil. Arrange the shaped bao buns on parchment paper and steam for about 10-15 minutes until fluffy and tender.
  4. Assemble your buns by taking a steamed bun, opening it to create a pocket, and placing a piece of chicken along with pickled vegetables inside. Drizzle additional sauces if desired.
