- Rinse another batch of spinach and place it in a bowl.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, and honey.
- Pour dressing over fresh spinach and toss gently.
- Fold in diced avocado and chopped green onions.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
