Cooking Instructions

  2. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and a pinch of red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of dry white wine and bring to a gentle simmer, reducing for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Carefully add 2 pounds of cleaned mussels, cover, and steam for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Once mussels open, squeeze the juice of one lemon and add zest. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the mussels and serve immediately.
