Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Optionally, stir in red pepper flakes.
  4. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, and white wine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce.
  5. Stir in butter until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add shrimp and cooked linguine. Toss to coat in sauce for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
