Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of softened unsalted butter with ½ cup of finely chopped lobster meat and ½ cup of lump crab meat. Blend until creamy and well mixed, roughly 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning to the seafood mixture. Mix thoroughly for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add in ¼ cup of finely chopped fresh parsley, along with salt and pepper to taste—about ½ teaspoon of each. Fold the herbs into the mixture for about 1 minute.
  4. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a clean work surface. Spoon the seafood mixture onto the paper and shape it into a log, about 2 inches in diameter. Roll tightly around the mixture.
  5. Place the wrapped log in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours or until the mixture is firm.
  6. Once chilled, unwrap the log and place it on a cutting board. Slice the log into rounds, about ½ inch thick.
