- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Brown the breakfast sausage over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes in a large skillet.
- In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined and frothy.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cooked sausage, stirring gently. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the eggs are set but still fluffy.
- Lay the bottom halves of the slider buns in the greased baking dish. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture over them, topping with cheese.
- Place the top halves of the slider buns over the mixture and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
