  • 1 pound Breakfast sausage or turkey sausage, ham, or crumbled bacon
  • 6 Eggs whisk until frothy
  • 1/2 cup Milk whole milk recommended
  • to taste Salt & pepper consider adding spices
For the Sliders
  • 12 Slider buns soft sandwich buns
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese or gouda, pepper jack

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your baking dish to prevent sticking.
  2. Brown the breakfast sausage over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes in a large skillet.
  3. In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined and frothy.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cooked sausage, stirring gently. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the eggs are set but still fluffy.
  5. Lay the bottom halves of the slider buns in the greased baking dish. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture over them, topping with cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the slider buns over the mixture and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
