Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Gelatine: Sprinkle powdered gelatine over 1/4 cup of cold water and let it sit for about 3 minutes.
  2. Dissolve the Gelatine: Heat over low to medium heat, stirring until fully dissolved, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Sweeten the Mixture: Add 1/4 cup of sugar and stir until dissolved, about 1 minute.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of mango purée, 1 cup of thickened cream, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  5. Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into ramekins, optionally greasing them for easy unmolding.
  6. Refrigerate to Set: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
