Step-by-Step Instructions for Maple Roasted Parsnips
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse, peel, and cut parsnips into uniform sticks of approximately ½ inch thick.
- Toss the cut parsnips in a mixing bowl with olive oil, maple syrup, thyme, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
