Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine chunks of chicken and sliced zucchini in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and add garlic, lemon juice, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading evenly.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is golden.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
