- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the bottom halves of the rolls flat on the baking sheet.
- Layer the sliced ham, salami, and pepperoni over the bottom halves.
- Add provolone cheese slices over the meat.
- Sprinkle sliced pepperoncini and pickled hot cherry peppers over the cheese.
- Top with the other halves of the rolls and gently press down.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Italian seasoning, and crushed garlic.
