  • 1/2 cup Pesto Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Fresh and juicy, sliced
  • 4 oz Brie Cheese Creamy with mild taste

  • 2 oz Extra Brie For added creaminess

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Carefully slice each croissant horizontally.
  3. Spread pesto onto both halves of the croissant.
  4. Layer sliced tomatoes onto the bottom half of the croissant.
  5. Add generous slices of brie cheese on top of the tomatoes.
  6. Close the sandwich by folding the top half of the croissant over.
  7. Wrap the sandwich snugly in aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, checking for melted brie.
  9. Unwrap and add extra brie if desired, then return to oven for 2-5 minutes.
