- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and prepare a greased baking tray.
- Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, then trim damaged areas and arrange them on the tray. Bake for about 30 minutes until tender.
- In a food processor, combine the softened butter, miso, garlic, and Sriracha. Blend until smooth to make miso butter.
- Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then cut a slit down the center. Fill with miso butter.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve with arugula salad drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice.
