  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing powder, diced chiles, and chopped green onions. Use a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Slice your slider rolls in half horizontally. Spread an even layer of the dip mixture on the bottom half of each roll. Sprinkle the diced ham evenly over the dip, then spread the remaining dip mixture on top.
