Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, mix white sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs, oil, milk, bourbon, maple extract, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  4. Fold in the mashed bananas into the wet mixture until smooth.
  5. Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped toffee into the batter.
  7. Prepare loaf pans with cooking spray and pour in the batter.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes for standard loaves or 40-45 minutes for mini loaves.
  9. Let cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
