Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350℉ and grab a 9”x13” casserole dish. Lightly spray the dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- In a medium mixing bowl, crack the 10 large eggs and add 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of water. Whisk until well combined.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture in and stir until the eggs are scrambled, about 5-7 minutes.
- Make a horizontal slice across the middle of the Hawaiian rolls without pulling them apart. Place the bottom half in the casserole dish.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the bottom half of the rolls, layer on the deli ham slices, then the scrambled eggs. Top with remaining cheese.
- In a small bowl, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and mix in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of French fried onions, sesame and poppy seeds.
- Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then cut the sliders apart and serve warm.
