Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ and grab a 9”x13” casserole dish. Lightly spray the dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, crack the 10 large eggs and add 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of water. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture in and stir until the eggs are scrambled, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Make a horizontal slice across the middle of the Hawaiian rolls without pulling them apart. Place the bottom half in the casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the bottom half of the rolls, layer on the deli ham slices, then the scrambled eggs. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. In a small bowl, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and mix in 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of French fried onions, sesame and poppy seeds.
  7. Cover the dish loosely with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, then cut the sliders apart and serve warm.
