Preparation Steps

  5. Reheat the skillet, add butter, and then pour in the egg mixture. Cook for about 2 minutes until edges begin to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until firm.
  7. Broil for 1-2 minutes for a golden top, watching closely.
  8. Let cool slightly in the skillet before serving warm.
