  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients for the Olive Lovers’ Dream Dip. Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy blending. Then, in a food processor, add 200 g of pitted green olives, 150 g of crumbled feta cheese, and 100 g of cream cheese. Include 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, the zest of 1 lemon, and the juice of ½ lemon.
  2. Pulse the mixture in the food processor until it reaches a smooth yet slightly textured consistency—about 30 seconds should do the trick.
