- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Allow at least 10-15 minutes for the oven to reach the desired temperature.
- Rinse and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into ¾-inch cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, and olive oil. Stir until well blended.
- On a large baking sheet, spread sweet potato cubes in a single layer. Pour the maple glaze over them and toss to coat.
- Roast the sweet potatoes in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Let the sweet potatoes cool slightly, then serve warm as a side dish.
