Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add approximately 6 cups of fresh spring salad mix. Give the greens a gentle rinse and spin them dry if desired.
  2. Slice about 1 cup of rotisserie chicken into thin strips and layer it over the salad mix.
  3. Sprinkle in 1 cup of apple chips, ½ cup of crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, and ¼ cup of shaved Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Add 1 cup of halved grape tomatoes and ½ a thinly sliced red onion. Mix carefully.
  5. Toss in ⅔ cup of dried sweetened cranberries and ½ cup of pecan halves. Continue mixing gently.
  6. Drizzle about ½ cup of Panera Fuji Apple Vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
