- In a medium saucepan, combine 4 cups of water with 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers. Place over medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Once bubbling, remove from heat and cover. Allow to steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
- While steeping, peel and chop the ripe peach into small cubes.
- After steeping, strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher using a fine mesh sieve.
- Add the chopped peaches and stir gently to incorporate.
- Sweeten with honey or sugar according to taste, stirring until dissolved.
- Serve warm or chill for a refreshing iced version.
