Preparation Steps
- Start by taking your mini pretzels and placing them in a resealable plastic bag. Lightly crush the pretzels using a rolling pin until mostly bite-sized but still crunchy.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and chocolate chips. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
- Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract and powdered sugar (if using) until glossy and thick.
- Fold in the crushed pretzels gently with a spatula until evenly coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the pretzel mixture onto the sheet, shaping them into clusters.
- Sprinkle extra pretzels, sea salt, or chopped nuts on top of each cluster before they set.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Once firm, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes
Use fresh, crunchy pretzels for optimal texture. Feel free to customize with your favorite mix-ins, and ensure the peanut butter and chocolate mixture is fully melted for the best coating.
