Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 2 pounds lamb or beef well-marbled
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate molasses
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Herbs
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the meat to the marinade, cover, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the meat from the marinade and grill to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  2. Serve garnished with fresh parsley and mint.
