Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hash brown potatoes with the melted butter until well-coated. Add pimento cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, chopped green onions, salt, and black pepper. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Pour the hash brown mixture into the prepared casserole dish, spreading it evenly. Optionally sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
