  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Liquid Base Almond Milk, Oat Milk, or Water
Added Creaminess
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt optional, non-dairy for vegan
Chill Factor
  • 1 cup Ice optional

Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients. Peel the ginger and chop it into small pieces. If using fresh pineapple, cut away the skin and dice it into chunks.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple, ginger pieces, and your choice of liquid base. If using yogurt, add it now. Add ice if desired and blend on high until smooth.
  3. Check the consistency. Add more liquid if too thick, and blend again. Taste and adjust sweetness with more pineapple if needed.
  4. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of pineapple or a sprinkle of fresh ginger if desired.
