Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the hash browns evenly in the greased casserole dish.
  5. Layer the cooked breakfast sausage over the hash browns.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and hash browns.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes until golden brown and center is set.
  9. Let cool for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with green onions and parsley before serving.
