- Combine 1 cup of rolled oats with 1 cup of almond milk in a mixing bowl. Stir until oats are submerged and let soak for about 5 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine thoroughly.
- Gently fold in 1/4 cup of chopped pistachios into the oat mixture to add crunch.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight for at least 6 hours.
- In the morning, stir and adjust consistency with almond milk if needed.
