Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat coconut oil over medium heat until melted and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Pour in coconut milk and lime juice. Stir well, adding a pinch of salt. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Carefully add shrimp to the simmering sauce. Cook for about 3 minutes, flipping halfway through.
