  • ¼ cup Buttermilk or low-fat version
  • ¼ cup Good Quality Mayonnaise or vegan mayo
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice or white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Sea Salt

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, poppy seeds, parsley, dill, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, add spinach, chopped broccoli, sliced avocado, and blueberries.
  3. Sprinkle in feta cheese, cranberries, and sunflower seeds. Gently toss together.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine without mashing the ingredients.
