  • 1 cup plain yogurt for creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon dill fresh or dried
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup vegetable stock or water for blending
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice for tang

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine chopped cucumbers, yogurt, dill, garlic, vegetable stock, and lemon juice.

  5. Serve cold, garnished with additional dill if desired.
