  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt Feel free to use plain yogurt for a lighter version.
  • 1 tablespoon Collagen Powder Can be omitted or replaced with protein powder if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Maple syrup works as a fantastic vegan alternative.
For the Bites
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries Both fresh and frozen options work.

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Airtight freezer bag

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of collagen powder, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Use a whisk to blend these ingredients together thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 2–3 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of fresh blueberries into the yogurt mixture, ensuring all blueberries are coated without crushing them.
  3. Using a spoon, carefully scoop out individual yogurt-covered blueberries onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour or until the blueberries are completely solid.
  5. Transfer the frozen yogurt bites to an airtight freezer bag and seal tightly for storage.
