Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey with ½ cup of water. Heat over low heat, stirring until honey dissolves, about 3–5 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
  2. Squeeze fresh lemons to extract enough juice for 1 cup. Optionally, strain through a fine sieve to eliminate seeds and pulp.
  3. In a large pitcher, pour cooled honey mixture, followed by lemon juice and cranberry juice. Stir gently until well combined.
  4. Just before serving, pour in chilled sparkling water or club soda and stir gently to keep bubbles intact.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the Honey Lemon Pink Soda over the ice, and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint before serving.
