  • 2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil Can be replaced with melted butter or avocado oil.
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Hot honey Substitute with regular honey or maple syrup if desired.

Method
 

Preparation steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gather your ingredients.
  2. Slice each Medjool date lengthwise to create a pocket for stuffing. Fill each date with goat cheese.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped walnuts, rosemary, orange zest, juice, cinnamon, and salt. Drizzle with olive oil and combine.
  4. Spoon the walnut topping over each stuffed date.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle with hot honey before serving.
