Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine sweet corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and cumin in the baking dish. Add half of the salsa and mix well.
  3. Season chicken breasts with sea salt and black pepper. Place atop the salsa mixture.
  4. Pour remaining salsa over the chicken breasts, ensuring even coating.
  5. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45-60 minutes.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice chicken and return to the salsa mixture.
  7. Garnish with parsley and green onions, serve with lime wedges.
