  • 3/4 cup Crushed Pretzels Use small salted pretzels
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter Melted
Coating
  • 1 cup White or Milk Chocolate Melted
  • to taste Flaky Sea Salt For topping

Method
 

Prepare the Filling

Chill Mixture
  1. Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for 45 minutes until firm enough to scoop.
Shape and Roll
  1. Use a cookie scoop to portion out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Roll in crushed pretzels.
Decorate
  1. Melt the chocolate and dip each ball, or drizzle on top. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt.
Final Chill
