Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large lidded skillet, pour in 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil and heat it over medium heat for about 1 minute until it shimmers.
  2. Add 3 thinly sliced cloves of garlic and ¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the hot oil. Sauté for about 30 seconds until garlic turns golden and fragrant.
  3. Carefully toss in 1 bunch of trimmed broccolini and sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon of sea salt. Stir together to coat the broccolini in oil and spices.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the skillet and cover it. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, drizzle in 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice, and toss to combine all flavors.
