Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Make the Taco Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic salt, and chipotle pepper. Blend until smooth and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare Seasoning: Mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne, thyme, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat Fish: Dip each fish fillet into melted butter, coat with blackening seasoning on both sides.
