Step-by-Step Instructions for Cuban Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather ingredients while waiting.
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, combine whipping cream, softened cream cheese, and yellow mustard over medium heat. Stir for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Stir in prepared pulled pork, diced ham, half the sliced dill pickles, and half the shredded Swiss cheese. Heat for another 3-4 minutes.
